After-sale warranty

Warranty Period

The Manufacturer warrants that the motor product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 24 months from the date of installation or 30 months from the date of shipment from the factory, whichever occurs first.

This warranty covers the repair or replacement, at the Manufacturer's option, of any part that fails due to defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period, provided that:

  1. The motor is installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the Manufacturer's instructions and recommendations.
  2. Written notice of the defect is provided to the Manufacturer within the warranty period.
  3. The motor is returned to the Manufacturer's factory or authorized service center, with transportation charges prepaid by the customer.
  4. Examination by the Manufacturer confirms the alleged defect was not caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repair or alteration, accident, or abnormal conditions of operation.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any consumables such as bearings, brushes, shafts, etc. The Manufacturer's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the motor, and does not include any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the Manufacturer and is in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
